That there is only one plat filed among the Public Records in this
Coi.mty which refers to Unit 2 of LAK~~OD PARK, such Plat being
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 56 et seq.
I In that certain Narranty Deed from Richard C. Hemning and Lillie E.
! ~iemning, his wife, to rbhawk Homes, Inc., dated July 5, 1972 and #
~ recorded in Official Records Book 20b, page 1319, there appears a :
~ _ scrivener's error in the legal description, which refers to Unit ~ '
: of gAI~OD PARK as being recorded in Plat Book 11. -

t Despite this error, the land conveyed could only be in.Unit 2 of
~ LAIC~'Wi00D PARK of Plat Book 10, and as I have previously stated,
there is no other Unit 2 of LAKEf~00D PARK on file in St. Lucie
~ Coimty; specifically there is no such subdivision in Plat Book
11, page 56, et seq~
