contractural agreement between the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY ~
and THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY - FORT PIERCE FIRE DISTRICT, the FORT PIERCE
UTILITIES AUTHORITY is not required to maintain and make available
to THj; ST. LUCIE COUNTY - FORT PIERCE FIRE DISTRICT any part of its
water system suitable for firefic~hting purposes, Nor is the FORT
PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY required to supply free of charge to THE
ST. LUCIE COUNTY - FORT PIERCE-FIRE DISTRICT water necessary for
fi~ighting.
The Court retains jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving
the other issues raised by the pleadings in this case which are not

determined by this Par~al Judgment on the Pleadings.
