- This canse cosninq on to be heard upon the Husband's Motion for
Continuance and Protective Order and the Court having heard argwnent
of counsel for the Husband and arqument on behalf of the Wife in proper
person, and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Motion for Protective Order be and the same is hereby
granted. _
2. T4~e Motion for a continuance of the hearing in this cause

3. On April 1, 1976 the Husband shall file appropriate pleadings
