ORDER OF DISCHARGE
This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge
of the personal representative of the estate of John F. Greer,
deceased, and the waivers of service of petition for discharge
~ and consents by the beneficiaries, and the Court finding that
the estate has been properly distributed, that claims of creditors
have been paid or otherwise disposed of, that a final accounting
has been previously filed herein and that the personal repre-
~ sentative should Y9e discharged, it is, therefore,
ADJUDGED that:
1. The accounting previously filed is approved.
2. The personal representative is hereby discharged.
3. The surety on the personal representative's bond
is released of further liability on it.
4. The estate is declared to be fully administered and
is closed. ~
