LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
BY THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT, TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME,
GREETING:
WHEREAS, FRANCES L. EDWARDS has applied to the Judge
of the Circuit Court of said County of St. Lucie to be appointed
guardian of the property of RICHARD W. EDWARDS, a minor child
of RICHARD O. EDWARDS, deceased, and FRANCES L. EDWARDS, his wife,
and it appearing to the Judge of said Court that FRANCES L. EDWARDS
has taken oath and given bond, as required by law,.and is entitled
to letters o.f guardianship;
NOW THEREFORE, I, WILLIAM G. TYE, Acting Circuit Judge,
in an d for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, by virtue
of the power and authority by law in me vested, ~do hereby
declare the said FRANCES L. EDWARDS to be duly qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to act as guardian of the property ~
of RICHARD W. EDWARDS, a minor, with full power to ask, demand,
sue for, recover, and receive any assets belonging to said
minor; to pay the debts of said minor, if any, so far as the

~ assets of his estate will permit and the law direct, and to
f
I protect the interests of said minor and his estate accoring to
;

~ law, and to render due accounts of his guardianship.
