The petition of ELAINE P. CARPENTER for an Order of Distrirbution
and for final discharge as Executrix of the Estate of S. Curtis Carpenter -
a/k/a Stanton Curtis Carpenter, ~eceased, came on this day to be heard,
and it appearing from the averments in the Petition thats
1. Elaine P. Carpenter is the sote legatee under the will of the
decedent.
2. Elaine P. Carpenter is sui juris and has waived the filing of
annual accounti~gs, a final accounting and the publication of notice by
an instrument in writing that has been filed with this Court.
3. ELAINE P. CARPENTER, as Executrix of the Estate, has performed all
acts necessary and pro~er in the a~inistration of the Estate and is entitled
to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence of
that distribution.
4. EI.AIt~E P. C:~i2PENTE~ now has on hand the following assets for
