The Petition of ROBERT C. DARLINGTON respectfully shows:
1. That Petitioner is the sole beneficiary of the estate
of Mildred E. Darlington, pursuant to Item II of the decedent's _
Will.
~ 2. That the probatable assets of the estate of Mildred E.
Darlington consist of the following:
Certificate of Deposit of First ,
Federal Savings and Loan Asso- ~
ciation of Fort Pierce in the
present amount of $20,209.66
Savings Account with Citizens ~
Federal Savings and Loan .
Association, Dayton, Ohio,
with a present balance of 5,313.23
Four (4) shares of Montgomery
County Farm Bur~au stock,
for which petitioner received
the sum of 80.00

~ 3. Petitioner has heretofore paid all e~enses of the

~ decedent's last illness and funeral costs; that notice to creditors

; has been published as required by law, and the time for creditors ~

~ to file claims expired March 11, 1976 with no claims having

~ deceased, have been distributed to Petitioner in accordance with
