6. The undersigned Petitioner being the sole benefi.ciary
of the above estate, hereby waives the filing of a fir,al or
other accountinq by the personal representative; waives service
of the Petition for Discharge of the personal representative and
all notice thereof and consents to the entry of an order dis-
charging the personal representative without notice, hearing or
waiting period.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that an order be entered by
this Honorable Court finding that the estate has been fully
administered upon, that no further acts of the Executor are
required and ordering Petitioner to be discharged of and from
further liability in connection with the estate of Mildred E.
Darlington, deceased.
