Directing Dis~ribution and For Fina1 Discharge, and the Court being fully

1. That HELEN MOLNAR is the duly qualified and acting
F~ecutrix of the Estate of JOSEPH MAXIMILLIAN MG~LNAR, Deceased, and
that her Letters are in full force and effect this date;
2. That Notice to Credi~ors has been published as provided by
law and all claims have been pa.id;
3. That the said Esta.te was nat subject to Estate t~es and there
