(7) The estate is not indebted.
(8). It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
inGluding exempt property, be distributed to petitioner, ~
FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF NORTH CAROLINA, as Trustee. :
(9) Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or ~
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
(10) The original of the deceden't Last Will, date3
September 7, 1970, is on file in the General Court of Justice,
Superior Court Division, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina,
and Letters Testamentary have been issued to FIRST UPION NATIONAL
BANK OF NORTH CAROLINA, as Executor. Cert~fied copies of the
death certificate, Letters Testamentary and Last Will and
Testament of the decedent are he~eto attached.
(11) Decedent's hrill does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. : ~
Petitioner requests that the decedent's certified copy of -
Last Will be admitted to probate and an order of summary
administration be entered directing distribution of the assets
in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in
Paragraph 8 of this petition. ~
