I, WILLIE MAE MITCHLER, a resident of the County of Mecklenburg
and State of North Carolina, do make, publish a.nd declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils to Wills heretofore
made by me.
ARTICLE I
PAYMENT OF DEBTS, FUNERAL EXPENSES
AND CO6TS OF ADMINbSTR.ATION ~
I direct that all of my just debts, my funeral expenses, including
the cost of a suitable monument at my grave, and the costs of administration of
my estate, be paid out of the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my •
de ath. ~ ~
ARTICLE II
PAYMENT OF DEATH TAXES •
I direct that all estate, inheritance, traasfer, succession, legacy
aad other ta~ces in the general nature thereof (together with aay interest or penalty
i thereon) which shall become payable upon or by reason of my death with respect

~ to any property passing by or under the terms of this Will, or a.ny Codicil to it _

F hereafter executed by me, or with respect to the proceeds of aay policy or

~ policies of insurance on my life, or with respect to any other property (including
~ property over which I have a power of a ointment) included in m rosa estate

~ for the purpose of such taxes, shall be paid by my Executor out of the principal

~ of my residuary estate; and I direct that no part of any of such taxea be charged

_ against or collected from the person receiving or in posseasioa of the property

~ taxed, or receiving the benefits thereof, it being my intention that all such pereons,

_ legatees, devisees, surviving tenants by the entirety, appointees aad beneficiaries

~ receive full benefit without any diminution on the account of such taxes.
