DISPOSITION OF RESIDUARY
All the residue and remainder of the property which I may own
at the time of my death, real or personal, tangible and intangible, of whatsoever
nature an3 whereso~:ver situated, including all property which I may acquire or

become entitled to after the execuEion of this Will, and including an~ property !
over or concerning which I shall have any power of appointment, I bequeath and
devise to the FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF NORTH CAR.OLINA, as an
addition to the property held by it as Trustee under the terms of a certain Trust
Agreement he retofore entered into between me a.nd the Bank, dated ~

1970, to be a part of the trust and to be managed ~

and held in accordance with the terms and provisxons of the Trust Agreement.
The transfer and delivery of my residuary estate to such Trustee and its receipt ~

therefor shall constitute a full acquittance of my Executor and shall terminate all , ~

probate proceedings in relation to my residuary estate. {
