PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The Petitioner, HARVEY JARVIS, alleges:
l. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the person nominated as personal representative by the decedent in
her Last Will and Testament to serve as personal representative
for the decedent's estate. Petitioner's name and address are
HARVEY JARVIS, Route 1, Box 656, Bell, Florida 32619 and the name
and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, Alice Ortman, whose last known address was
1124 Alameda Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on February 1, 1976,
at Fort Pierce, and at the time of death was domiciled in St. Lucie
. County, Florida. _
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this ~state, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
