9. All persons who are beneficiaries of this estate have
executed a waiver, waiving the requirement of the postinq of a bond
bg your Petitioner, which waivers are attached hereto.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal representative
of the estat~e of the decedent and that he not be required to post a
bo~d.
