I, HARRY ROTHSCHILD, domiciled and residing in Port St. Luc'e,
Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testam~nt, ;
hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense ,
expenses of my last illness and costs of administering my estate
be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I give all of my estate to my Wife, EVA
ROTHSCHILD, if she survives me for thirty (30) days.
THIRD: In the_event that my Wife does not survive me
for thirty (30) days, I direct that my estate be divided in the
following manner: -
Twenty (20$) percent to my niece, BARBARA ELKIND. Should

she predecease me, I give such share to her son, THOMAS, if he
survives me: ~
Twenty (20$) percent to my niece, FRANCES LEEN. Should
she pre3ecease me, I give such share to her children, in equal
per stirpital shares, providing they survive me.
