niece, BETTY LAPIN, or to her children, should they-survive me,

FOURTH: I appoint my Wife, EVA RdTHSCHILD, Executor
of this Will and of my estate. If she is unable or unwilling
to serve, I appoint HAROLD LEEN, to be Successor Executor. The
Executor of this will shall serve without compensation and shall
not be required to furnish bond.
The Executor of this will is invested with full power
and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose of all
personal and real property whenever my Executor deems it necessary
and at a price •ahich my Executor deems adequate, without the
intervention of any Court. It is my suggestion and I so request
that my Executor shall confer with TAE LAW OFFICES OF McllONALD &
LLOYD, my attorneys, for assistance in probating this will and
in closing my estate.
