Revocable Trust Agreement
Dated - Auqust 3, 1970
Before me, the undersigned authority,_personally
appeared A. ROGER STOTZ who, after first being duly sworn,
did depose and say: ~
1. That he is a Trust Officer at Sun Bank of St.
Lucie County and as such is authorized to make this affi-
davit.
2. That the Rollen R. Martin Revocable Trust Agree-
ment dated August 3, 1970, remains in full force and effect;
that the bank as Trustee is empowered with and must perform
active trust duties pursuant to the terms of this agreement;
and that among the provisions contained in the agreement is
Article VIII granting to the Trustee all of the pawers given
Trustees under the Florida Uniform Principal and Incone Act
and the Florida Trust Administration Act, and s aid Article
VIII is quoted in full as follows: +
ARTICLE VIII ~
"The Trustee~shall have all of the duties, powers
and responsibilities granted to Trustees under the
; Uniform Principal and Income Law, Chapter 690, .
Florida Statutes, and the Uniform Trust Adminis-
tration I,aw, Chapter f:91, Florida Statutes, as
~ those statutes are presently constituted and as
: they may be amended from time to time."
