ORDER
This matter came on for hearing on the Petition of
SHERRY W. EICHIN to have LONNIE WILLIAMS held in contempt of
court, and evidence being taken, upon consideration, the court
~ finds: that the Respondent, LONNIE WILLIAMS, is in contempt~
of court and.is at fault in violating the various Restraining
Orders herein. ~t is, therefore, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: J
~ 1. The Respondent, LONNIE WILLIAMS, be and he is hereby
held in contempt and sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the
County Jail, with said sentence being.suspend~d conditioned upon
the good conduct of the Respondent.
2. If LONNIE WILLIAMS is on the property resided in by
; SHERRY W. EICAIN at any time other than the time when he is to
~
; pick up and return the children from visitations, that upon com-
i
~
` plaint to the Sheriff, with affidavit being made, that the Sheriff
~ shall immediately take said LONNIE WILLIAMS into custody and in-
~
a
~ carcerate him for the period of thirty (30) days.
~ 3. If LONNIE WZLLIAMS is engaging in the consumption
~ -

~ of alcoholic beverages when he has custody through his visitation 3
~ ~
rights of the children, upon same occurring, he again shall be ;

picked up immediately by the Sheriff and taken into custody. 4
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto ~

k is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
