DAISY PULLEN, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT '
This cause came on for hearing the 12th day of March,
1976, and both parties beinq present and represented by counsel,
and upon agreement by both parties the court proceeding to take
testimony, and based upon the testimony and the stipulation of
the parties hereto made in open court, and the court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this su~t; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between GEORGE PULLEN and DAISY PULLEN
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
; them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
i ~
; existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
i 2. Custody of the minor child, MARY LEE ANN PULLEN, is ~
~ hereby awarded to the Wife, DAISY PULLEN, with reasonable visitation ~
~ <
q rights reserved to the Husband, GEORGE PULLEN, with the child and ;
~ ~
~ the child with GEORGE PULLEN, including the rigtit to have the child
~ for vacation periods of two - three weeks in the summer under pro-
~ per circumstances.
- 3. Commencing Mozday, March 15, 1976, GEORGE PULLEN
~
~ - shall pay to DAISY PULLEN the sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars each ~

and every week, for the support of the minor child of the parties, ~
? MARY LEE ANN PULLEN.

- Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to DAISY PULLEN. In addition there ~
