Sales Registration, U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. in advance of. or at the time af
your signing the contract or agreement. It you received the Property Report less than 48 hours prior to
signing the cantract or agreement you have the right to revoke the contract or agreement by notice to the
seller until midnight ot the third business day following the consummation of the transaction. A business
day is any calendar day except Sunday, or the following business holidays: New Year's Day. Washington's
Birthday. Memoriat Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. Veteran's Day. Columbus Day, Thanksgiving. and
Christmas. •

1. To make all payments required by that note and thia mortgage pmmptly when due. '
2. To pay all taxea, assessments. liens and encumbrancea on that property promptlq when due. If
they sre not promptly paid. the Mortgagee may paq them without waiving the option to foreclose, and auch
payments~ with interest thereon from the dat~e of payment at the same rate as apecified in that note, shall ,
also be secured by this mortgage.
3. To commit. per~nit~ or suffer no waste. impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee because of failure oi the Mortgagor ~
to comply with the agreements in that note or this _mortgage. including reasonable attorneya' feea. The coet

b. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 30 days after it becomea due, or if any
