THIS INDENTURE, Made MARCN 4, 1976 , by and betwee~n
CARLA A. NILLS , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,
of Mashington, D, C., (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and
JOHN C. WASHINGTON and EUNICE WASHINGTON~ His wife
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee(s)").

WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of
