CLEANER CORPORATION'S, Motion To Dismiss and Strike and the Court, having
considered the Motion and having heard the arguments of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
CONSIDERED ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
2. The Defendant, SIOUX STEAM CLEANER CORPORATION'S Motion To Dismiss
t~e Plaintiff's Complaint be granted and the Plaintiff has fifteen (15)
days in which to file an amended complaint.
2. The Defendant's Motion To Strike is rendered moot by the granting
of the Motion To Dismiss and the requirement of the Plaintiff to file an
amended complaint.
