CARRAN, Husband, zF ~[EaK C?~~u~T C , +t~ vrq;FiFp ~`uAt~,~1?'a and Y.` 2 ~ CYNTHIA CARRAN, W i fe . ~1~ ss PM '~,6 FINAL JUDGMENT _ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE TFiIS CAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of March, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. IT IS TKEREFORE ORDERED as follows: 1. The default entered against the Husband, FRANK J, CARRAN, by the Clerk of this Court on March 5, 1976 is ratified and confirmed. 2. The marriage between FRANK J. CARRAN.and CYNTHIA CARRAN i ~ be and the same is h~reby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~ f them are freed from the matrimony heretofore existing between them ~ and from the obligations arising therefrom. 3. CYNTHIA CARRAN be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of CYNTHIA LOUISE NORTON and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. - 4. The Court determines the sum of $ 3~ to be ~ , ~ reasonable for the Wife s attorneys for their services tierein and ~ - FRANK J. CARRAN is ordered to pay said attorneys said sum together with costs herein assessed at $32.50. ~ 5.
