~ HEN~DERSON in the above entitled cause and on affidavit in support
thereof, with J. MICHAEL BRENNAN, appearing as counsel for BRENDA
HENDERSON, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, and
- i; it appearing there is a question of fact as to whether the

Respondent, JOYCE J. RONK, intends to depart from the ~urisdiction
~i of this Court, and it further appearing that there was an
imminent likelihood that JOYCE J. RONK will depart from the
s~ jurisdiction of this Court; it is hereby ~
ORDERED that a Writ of Ne Exeat, staying the Respondent,
JOYCE J. RONK, from departing out of the ~urisdiction of this
Court, without leave of Court fir~thand, issue as prayed for the

application of Petitioner, upon Respondent posting a bond in the
