FINAL JUDGMENT FOR
DISS UT~. N F MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE csme on to be heard this 30th day of December, 1975,
and the Wife having appeared with counsel and a default having been
entered against the Husband for failing to file or serve an answer
or pleadi.ng. And the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relations
of husband and wife now exsists between the parties; the equities are
with the Wife and against the Husband, and the Wife is entitled to
dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTIQN OF MARRTAGE. The marriage between the wife,

ELSA PAIJARON CURR~,,Y, ~ and the husband, RICHARD CURREY, be and the same

~ is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are

~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretoforth existing

j between them and from the obligation~ arising therefrom.

; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CINDY LYNN CUR.REY, minor child of
~ the husband and wife, is hereby a~aarded to the Wife with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to the husband.

3• CHILD SUPPORT . Commencing the''4~th day of ~~acry, 1976,
~ the husband shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the sum of twenty

~ five dollars ($25•00) per week, each and every week hereafter for
the support of the minor child named herein, which shall be remitted .

= promptly to the wife. In addi~ion thereto is hereby assessed the
~ sum of one dollar ($1.00) as costs to be added to each payment made

to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or

~ cashier's check. Husband and Wife are hereby Ordered tp keep~the

' Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
