DONALB WAYNE CRUPPER, Husband

BARBARA LYNN CRUPPER, Wife ~
ORDER FOR TEt~ORARY RELIEF .
This cause com~inq on to be heard upon the Wife's Petition for Dis-
solution of Marriage and Other Relief as to temporary relief and the
Court havinq heard testimony of the Husband and the Wife and argument of
counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
l. The temporary custody of the minor children, Donald-Scott
, Crupper and ~vendi DeAnn Crupper, is hereby granted to the Wife, but
with reasonable and liberal visitation rights reserved to the Hu~band and

' the right for the Husband to have the minor children wif.h him away from
the residence of the Wife.
i 2. The Wife shall have the temporary use and possession of the

f 1969 Chrysler automobile.

; 3. The Wife and the minor children shall have the temporary
E -
~ possession of the marital home located at105 South 21st Street, Ft. Pierce,
~ Florida and the Husband shall reside elsewhere.
~ 4. The Husband shall make the monthly mortgage installment pay- ~
~
r ments on the marital home When the same become due and before they become
~
; delin uent. The Husband shall also
q pay the monthly bills for the utility
i
bills and for cablevision.
~ 5. Within thirty days from the date of this Order, the Husband
i
~ shall pay to Richard D. Sneed, Jr., attorney for the Wife, the sum of $150
~
? as a reasonable temporary attorney's fee for his services.
