This cause having been presented upon Agreement of Counsel
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment of Partition
entered on March 15, ~976 be amended so that the property described
~ in said Final Judgment may be sold parcel by parcel and collectively
by the Clerk of this Court in the same manner as provided in mortgage
foreclosure sales on the 12th day of April, 1976 at 12:00 o'clock
noon at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort
Pierce, Florida, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash. The
