The petition of ELAINE P. CARPENTER as Executrix of the Will of
S. Curtis Carpenter a/k/a Stanton Curtis Carpenter, deceased, for an
order of Final Discharge coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing
that an order of distributian has been entered, that distribution has been
made in accordance with said order and with the law, that evid,ence satisfactory
to the undersigned Circuit Judge that such distribution has been made has
been filed in this Court, and, that the said personal representative is
entitled to an order of Final Discharge; and the Court being fully advised;
It is ordered and adjudged that the said ELAINE P. CARPEN7£R, be,
and she is hereby discharged as Executrix of the Wi11 of S. Curtis Carpenter,
a/k/a Stanton Curtis Carpenter, deceased, and fro~n further liability in
connection with the administration of the said estate. !
