~ LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREA~, Ge~trude E. Roehm, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on January 26, 1976 owning assets in
the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis ha~ been appointed personal
representative c.t.a. of ~he estate of the decedent and has
performed all acts pr~requisite to issuance of letters of
administration in the estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge,
declare ANA1 A. DAVIS to be duly qualified under the law~ of ~
the State of Florida to act as personal representative c.t.a.
of the estate of Gertrude E. Roehm, deceased, with full power
to administer the estate according to law; to ask, demand,
sur f.or, recover and receive the property of the decedent, to
~ pay the debts of the decedent as far as the assets of the
i r
~ estate will permit and the law directs; and to make distribution ;

~ of the estate according to law. '
