The final hearing is hereby rgset to April 16, 1976, at 2:00 P.M. On proper motion for good cause shown, the.Court reserves the ri~ht to ; reschedule this final hearing if i4 is shown that relevant discovery i _ ~ cannot be accomplished prior to the final hearing. The Husban~'s Mation for Pr~tective Order is denied as to his argument that discovery of adult~ro~s conduct priar ta Jamiary 1~, ~ 1976, is barreci by the doctrine of res ~udicata.
