This cause cair~e on to be heara on the Wife~s Motion ior .
Continuance and the Husband's I?lotion for a Prntective Order on
April 1, 1976, and the Court having heard argument of cour.se3, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
1. :The Wife's Motion for Continuance is granted. The
final hearing is hereby rgset to April 16, 1976, at 2:00 P.M. On
proper motion for good cause shown, the.Court reserves the ri~ht to ;
reschedule this final hearing if i4 is shown that relevant discovery

~ cannot be accomplished prior to the final hearing.

~ 2. Discovery of the ass~Ls of partners other than Michael
Jeffries o~ the lawfirm of Neill, Griffin, Jeffries and Lloyd is
_ prohi~ited. Discovery of t;~e partnPrship assets of Michael Jeffries _'g
is relevant ~nd wi11 be accomplished by coaperation with the CPA of
the lawfirm.
3. 2'he Husband's Motion for the Protective Order is granted
as to the taking of depositions in that only parties to the lawsuit _

will be aZlowed to be present at the taking of dep~sitions and that
the depositions will be sealed.
4. The Husban~'s Mation for Pr~tective Order is denied as to
his argument that discovery of adult~ro~s conduct priar ta Jamiary 1~, ~
1976, is barreci by the doctrine of res ~udicata. The Court finds that
~ the January 12, 1976, dismissal with prejudic:e operates only as an~
~ ~
