This cause coming on tc~ be heard upon agreenent of counsel
for the respective parties and the Court bPing fully advised in
the premises, it is therefore
~RDERED ANB ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. The Wife, Caro~e J.-Hill, shall have the temporary _
custody of the minor chi~d, David R. Hill, II.
2. GommPnc~ng Friday, Anril 2t 19?6 and on Friday of

I~ the Wife,.Carole J. Hill, the sum of_$30 for the support o~ the
~ child named above. Each payment shall be r.iade to the Cierk of

j this Court and by him remitted promptly to Carole J. Hill.. In
~ addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 ss.statutory costs

to be added to each payment made to the Clerk._ A1~ payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the -
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk o~ this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in ~ffect.
~ 3. The Wife shall have the temporary use and possession
~ o~ the1970 Ponti~3c automobile.

4. The Husbaiid shall remove himself from the marital home
wherein the tnTife and minor child reside and remove only his personal
~ belongir,gs and effects.
