LOLLIS and D8`VITT J. ADAMS a certain mortqaqe deed'~and note repre- ~
sentfng a s~cond ~~urchase maney mortqage dated March 1~l, 1974, said
mortgage and note securing an indebtedness of $56,520.89 and beinq
recorded on March 15, 1974 in OR Book 224, Paqe 2879 thru 2882, of
the public records of St. Lacie County, Florida; and, ~ t
WHI~REAS th~ said D.J. HELLER did heretofore execute a certain '
modi€ication agreement modifyinq the safd mortgage dated June 26,
1975 and recorded in OR Hook 241 at paqe 1035 of the public records _ i
nf St. Lucte ~ounty, Florida; and, . d ya ~ db~~'' ~d~ ~ ~
WHEREAS, the said D.J. AELLER, as Grantor did heretofore on
~ the 4th day of Auqust 1975 execute and deliver to JOHN M. LENISTON
and LUCIE A. LENISTON, his wife as Grantees, a certain Warranty Deed
which was recorded in OR Book 242, page 125~7 of the public recards of
-~t. Lucie County, Florida, and by virtue of said Warranty Deed,
the Grantees did assume and agree to pay the s~:bject mortgage in the l'
original principal sum Qf $56,520.89; and;
NOW, TSEREFORE, in consideration of ONE AND NO~1Q0 DOLLARS
($1.00) to them in hand paid and in order to induce the said FRED
; H. LOLI,IS and DEVITT ADAMS fio consent to said mortqage ~nd note j

' as modified, being further modified, we, the undersigned, agree as ~
~ follows: -
i 1. That the certain mort age deed and note to RRED 8. LOI,LIS

and DEVITT J. AriAMS aforedescribed as being recorded in OR Boak 224, ~

~ Page 2879 thru 2882 and the Modification Agreement recorded in OR Book
241, page 1035, is hereby amended in that a moratorium wi21 be granted
on the ~ayment of the princi~al until September 14, I976 ~nd that each '

~ remaininq pr~ncipal payment be due on the 14th day of March in the
~ years 1977 ~0 1980 inclusive. ~
