dated Janu~ry 28, 19T5, both duly executed by the Testatar in the
~presence of two subscribing vitnesses when he was over the age of
eighteen (lb) years. _
3. The decedent at ~the time of his death Was -
domiciled i~n Prince George's Countq, Maryland and oWned property-~n_the
State of alorida consisting of rea! property situated in St. Lucie
! _ County, Florida having a value of Iess than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00)
