NEWTON of 3 Glenwood Road, Tom~.River, New Jersey. If any named
beneficiary as to any of such shares dies leavi.ng children
surviving, the chi7.dren of that named beneficiary shall suc~eed -
to the shar~ of the deceased parent. If any named beneficiary as
to any of such ahares die without children, that share shall
lapse and b~ added to the other share~ except that in the event
of the death of a nephew or niece without issue, his or her
fractional interest in a share shall first inure to the benefit
