St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposinq mind
and memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and
Codicils thereto by me at aray time heretofore made and do
hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last
Will and Testament. .

I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness he_paid as soon
as practicable after my death. It is my desire that I be buried
in my family plot located in Evergreen_ Cemetery, Brooklyn,
New York. -
