I direct that my wife, Anna Curth, be named executrix of
my estate, to serve without bond; and I hereby give and grant
unto my executrix full right and power to hold, manaqe, invest, -
reinvest, sEll,.convey, mortgage, pledge and lease aIl or any
portion of my property, whether real, personal or mixed, tanqible
or intangible, wherever situated, of which I map die seized or _
