This matter cominq on this day to be heaFd upon the ~

and it appearing to the court that the last will and testament
of Herman Curth has been duly~prot~ed and should b~ admitted
to probate and record by this court-, and it further appearing
to the court that thr~ decsdent died on July 11, I971 and that
the material allegations of the petition are true and that
an order should be entered-admittinq said last will to pral~ate
and record and directinq summary administration distribution,
it is, therefore,- -
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~D that the last will and testament
of Herman Curth, deceased, be and the same is hereby admitted .
