and State of New York, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAM~NT,
hereby revoking any and all wills or codicil~ by me at any time heretofor~
made : ~
FIRST. I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses Ue
paid and dischar~ed as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND. I give and bequeath one-third of my remainin~ estate to my
wife, AGNFS OLSON OMTVEBT, and in the event that my saia wi~e prede-
ceases me, her one-third share shall fall into and become ~ part of my
residuary estate.
THIRD. All the rest, residue, and remainder of rny estate. both real and
personal, and wher~soever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to my three
