make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment-he=eby revoking any and all testamentary instrwaents by
me heretofore mad~:.
ITffiK.I: I direct that all.of my legal debts, in-
cluding the expenses of my last illness and fune'ral be paid
as soon as practical after my death.
- ~ ITEM II: T give, devise and bequeath my silver teapot
to my beloved son, Raymond Mack, who is presently residing at
378 Baysinger Driver, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
~ I'1'EM III: I do hereby give, devise and~ bequeath to
Ariene Mack, my beloved daughter-in-law, my ameth•st chain. ~

' ITEM IV: I do hereby qive, devise and bequeath to my

~ beloved daughter, Joan Fennell my long table on the porch and

ITEM V: I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my
beloved son, Richard Mack, of Ft. Pierce, Florida, my bookcase
and~the-encyclogaedia contained therein.

~ rest, anal residue of my estate to Sam Fennell an~ Raymond Mack
~ to deliver all of the items of peraonalty in my estate to my

~ ~ beloved children, Hereinafter named, to said chi~dren as the
said Sam Fennell and Raymond Mack, in their sole discretion
