to Henry L. Ortlepp as sole devisee under the Last M1i11 and Tesfament
of the decedent
8. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in.Paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated April ll,
1974, accompanies this Petition.
10. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Florida Statutes Chapter 733.
11. Cnder ~enalties of perjury we declare that.we have read

and belief.
Petitioners request that the decedent's Last Will be admi~ted
to grobate xnd record and that an order tie entered find:ng that this
