KNOIi ALL 1#N BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion orgar~ized under the laNS of the United States of America, 1s
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the ldth day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
=5,1OQ,000.00 and recorded in Officiai Record 6ook 187, Page
~ 2405, ~t seq., Public Records of St. Lucie 4ounty, Florida, ~
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of _
Nortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, Nhich ~
Modification of Mortgage Deed aas recorded in Official Record
.Bonk 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
lucie ~ounty, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resort~ cf America has requested First National ~
~ City Bank to release the proper~.y hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and ~peration of said $
