- BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority personally appeared,
WALTER HOLZWORTH, RICHARD D. WILLIAMS and LOLA A. WILLIAMS,his
wife, who after first being duly sworn by me on oath depose and
say as follows:
1. They are parties to those certain Articles of Agreement
dated February 1, 1970, recorded at Official Records Book 186,
Page 480, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant
to which the~said Richard D. Wi12.iams and Lola A. Williams, .
his wife, were to make payment§ toward the purcnase of certain
real property described in the said Articles of Agreement. -
2. That subsequent to the execution of the said Articles
of Agreement, it has come to_the attention of the parties that
the legal description of the real property as set forth in said
. .Articles of Agreement is incorrect and does not sufficiently ~
describe the full and complete parcel of property which was meant
to be the subject matter~of the said Agreement.
3. That the tru~ and correct legal description of the real prop-
I erty which was.meant_to be the subject matter of the aforementioned
' Articles of Agreement and which is being purchased by said Richard

D. Williams and Lola A. Williams, his wife is as follows:
