4. That, except for the aferementioned legal description of
the subject real property, the parties hereby reconfirm each and ~

the performance of the covenants contained therein by the said

property described above shall be conveyed to them by the said

Walter 13alzworth, free and clear of all encumbrances whatever, ~
by qood and sufficient Warranty Deed. -
5. That in the event the legal description actua].ly appear- ;

includes any real property not included within the parcel described ~
above, the parties hereby release and relinquish any riqht, title ;
