This cause having come on before me upon Plaintiffs'
motion ~for the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem, Attorney ad
Li=eirt and Administrator ad Litem for the Defendants ELLA HENDERSON
and WILLIAM HENDERSON, or either of them, for all unknown Defend-
ants claiming interest by, through, under or against the said `
ELLA. HENDERSON, deceased, and WILLIAM HENDERSOV, or either of them,
and for all unknown defendants having or claiming to have any ~
right, title or interest in the property hereinafter described,
and it appearing to the Court that ELLA HENDERSON, deceased,

! WILLIAM HENDERSON and all unknown defendants herein, have been
d•zly and properly served constructively by publication of notice
- of action, that neither ELLA HENDERSO~, 3eceased, nor WILLIAM
HENDERSON, nor any of said unknown defendants have filed or served
any papers in this cause or mac~e any appearance within the time
limit set forth in the Notice of Action, and.that the Plaintiffs
a.re unable to determine whether WILLIAM HENDERSON, or any of said
unknown defendants are in the military service of the United
States of America or are incotapetent, or whether any of said
defendants, ather than ELLA HENDERSOr1, deceased, and WILLIAM
HENDERSON, are minors, and it further appearing to this Court
