THIS ACTION was tried without jury on December 10,
1975, upon the plea~dings filed herein, the Court having -
been presented with evidence, and having heard arguments
of counsel, upon consideration it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
2. As to the Defendants. CITY OF FORT PIERCE and the
FLORIbA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE, now knawn as the

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTIi AND REHABILITATI~IE SERVICES, the Court
~ has jurisdiction of the said Farties and of ttie subject matt~r.
2. That a certain tax deed acquired from the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, pursuant to Florida ~
~
Statutes, being ~ated the 2nd day of October, 1972, and duly
and regularly executed and recorded i.n the public records of -
~ St. Lucie County, Florida on the 3rd day of October, 19?2, in
- O. R. Book 208, Page 2801, extinguished that certain Notice
of Lien as set out in O. R. Boo3c 186, at Page 739, dated the
7th day of August, 1970, in the amount of 524.00, and that
certain Notice of Lien set out in O. R. Book 203, at Page 445,
dated the 8th day of June, 1972, in the amount of $25.00, and ~
