~ This cause coming on to be heard on the Plaintiff's
Motion for Confirmation of Sale, and the Court having heard argu-
ment of counsel and being duly advised in the premises, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's cost of
the abstracts in the amount of $2,500.00 is hereby denied. It is

ORDERED AND tsDJUDGED that the Receiver, Bernard Rubin'

sale of the property of Defendants reported to th~ Court, being
par~els_1 through 40 (except parcels 22, 36 and 39 ~hich were
~ paid in full by the Receiver's debtors)t~to Tri-County Acceptance _
~ Corporation in the amount of $166,968.15, is fiereby approved and-
i confirmed and said Receiver shall execute to the purchaser a
Receiver's deed zonveying Receiver's interest in and to said
property. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Receive= shall execute

I a Satisfaction to Ernest Ghent (parcel-22), Franci~ Rimbrough
~(parcel 36}, and Johnnie Goldwire (parcel 39). It is further
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Receiver shall.pay to

April 12, 1976 which equals 86 months and 2 days, in the amount
