motion to amend complaint and the Court being fully advised in the

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the last sentence of Paragraph 2
of Plaintiff's Complaint be and the same is hereby amended to -
read as follows :
Plaintiff is now the owner arid holder of said -
mortgage and the promissory note secured thereby
as more fully evidenceti by assignment of martgage -
recorded October 31, 1974 in O. R. Book 23~, page 8~64 -
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flerida;

a copyof said assignment being attached hereto as
plaintiff's Exhibit "D-1", and by this reference
I~~ incorporated herein~
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the assignment
of mortgage attached to plaintiff's motion to amend be and the
E same is hereby ordered attached as Exhibit "D-1" to plaintiff's
complaint.
