any other costs of this suit as m~ntioned in that paraqraph, the ~
Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as requi.red by
545.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell
the mortgaged premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to the _
highest and best bidder f~r cash,. at public sale at the East door
of the St. Lucie County Courthause, Fort Pierce, Florida, free,
clear and discharged af any and all claims, liens, encumbrances,
rights, equities and interest of the defendants with the exception
of the right of redemgtion accorded the United States of America
under 28 U.S.C. §2410(c), allowing it one year from the date of
sale within which to redeem the foreclosed real property, the sale
to be held at 11:00 A. M. on the day of ~ .
1976, as provided by ~45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
7. The plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the plaintiff
is the successful bidder, it shall be Entitled to credit on its
bid ug to the full amount due under this final judgment of fore-
closure. Should the United States of America be the succeQsful
bidder at the sale, it shall be allowed fifteen (Y5)-days within
which-to deliver a Treasury check in payment of the amount of its
bid to the Clerk.

8. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or by order of this
-.Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall make
distribution of proceeds of such sale by paying:
a. Al1 costs and expenses of the proceeding subsequent
to the entry of this final judgment, including the cost ~f publishing
the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and the
costs of state documentary stamps and surtax stamps affixed to the .
certificate of title.
b. The sum here}.n found to be due and owing to the
plaintiff as specified in Paragraph 4 above, plus interest thereon
