at the rate of six (6$) per cent per annwn from date of this ~
judqment to the date of sale, plus alI costs of this proceeding ~

incurred by plaintiff subsequent to the date of this judgment. ~
9. If the total amount realized on ~aid sale exceeds the
total of the swns required to be paid by the preceding paragraph of

this judgment,.the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Gourt
shall hereafter direct by its further order; and if the total
~
~
amounts realized shall not be-sufficient to pay all such sums, the '
Clerk shall first pay those amounts specified by subparagraph a. of
the preceding paragraph and shall pay the balance to the plaintiff.
10. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether by ~
the Clerk filing a certificate of title herein, or by order of the

Court ruling upon objections to said sale,~the defendants and ahy ~
' and all_persons claiming by, through or under the defendants, or ~
any of them, since the comtaencement of this suit, are forever barred
~ - ~
and foreclosed of and from any equity of redemption save that of ~

thP United States of America accorded it pursuant to 28 U.S.C. _
§2410(c) and any right, title, interest, claim or demand of any }

kind or nature whatsoever, in and to the above described property, ~

and the purchaser-at the aforesaid sale, his successors, representa-

~ tives or assigns, shall be let into possession of the premises so .
~ conveyed. .
. 11. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the

enforecement of this judgment and for such further order as may be
required in the premises. i
