DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for~trial the Z3t~ay of April , 1976,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exi3ts between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol~ows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. T'he marriage between THOMAS H. s
' MILLER AND RUTB MARIE MILLER be and same is hereby dissolved, and

' _ the parties and each af them are hereby forever freed fram the

bonds of matri.mony heretofore existing between them and from the
~ obligations arisin therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
; are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3. RESTItAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined

and restrained from interering with, harassing or annoying the
other. ~
